Article II:

     Preamble This organization is established to secure all legitimate rights and privileges for all minority people; to improve the relationship between the police and the African American community; and to evaluate the policies and programs with the criminal justice system, and their effect upon the community; to establish the free and rapid flow of pertinent information and educational opportunities that are available to all members. Objective/Purpose The organization is formed to protect and work for the good, and the welfare of the community, country, and the membership, and to encourage and aid in the enlistment of minorities into the law enforcement profession.
