ARTICLE XIII:

 

Annual Budget

 

SECTION A.

 

ESTABLISHMENT OF BUDGET

 

The Organization shall establish an annual operating budget, the amount of which shall be determined after a complete review of the financial status of the Organization.

 

SECTION B.

 

SUBMISSION OF BUDGET

 

The President of the Organization shall submit a proposed budget to the Finance Committee for review and approval at least three (3) months before the start of the new fiscal year. Once the committee has acted on the proposed budget request, the committee shall submit the budget to the Board of Directors for final approval.
