ARTICLE [XI]X: Amendments
SECTION A. BY-LAWS
Amendments to the Constitution of the Organization shall be as follows:

1. Amendments shall be submitted to the Constitution and By-Laws Committee in writing:
2. The Committee a majority being present, shall review the proposed amendment(s) and either:
1. Approve;
2. Disapprove; or
3. Approve and make any necessary changes to the proposed amendment(s) necessary to clarify the purpose of the amendments.
3. If the proposed amendment(s) is/are approved, the Constitution and By-Laws Committee shall forward the amendment(s), along with any recommendations to the Board of Directors for their review only. Furthermore, the committee will forward copies of the proposed amendments, if any, to the President of the Organization. Who will:

A. Schedule a special meeting of the general membership for the sole purpose of discussing the amendment(s);
B. Cause to have a copy of any proposed amendment(s) available, no later than two weeks prior to the special meeting, to each member of the record. Notice of the special meeting shall be given no less than thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.
4. A vote for an approval of constitutional amendments shall be by a vote of entire membership.
5. Any proposed amendment submitted to the Constitution and By-Laws Committee shall be acted upon in a reasonable amount of time, and in any event, not to exceed three (3) months from the date of submission.
