The Coalition of Black Maryland State Troopers (CBMST) organization was established to secure all legitimate rights and privileges for all minority people; to improve the relationship between the police and the African American community; and to evaluate the policies and programs with the criminal justice system, and their effect upon the community; to establish the free and rapid flow of pertinent information and educational opportunities that are available to all members.
